Walking Robot - Finishing programme

Amrita Robotics Lab has conducted one Walking Robot workshop in collaboration with Bangalore Robotics a year ago. Almost 75 teams took part in that workshop. But the three days is not sufficient to complete those Robo. So as an initiative to continue the workshop we are planning to invite the teams in Amritapuri campus to finish their robo during November-December vocation.Both Freemann sir and senthil(myself) are planning to involve in this inorder to help the students.Once completing this thing by AMMA's grace we will extend those finishing programme to other campus and other colleges.

Even a photograph of their ROBO and their circuits were actully present in those website. ROBO08

ROBO08 competition was held today at around 12:30pm in the Robotics Lab. This is the first phase of the contest. Though the contest is postponed previously today it went well.
1. ViSLW
2. Cowardly Robot and
3. Wall-Follower
are the three robots participated today.

Dr. N. Rajendran & Mr. Joshua David Freemann were the judges of the contest. At 12:30pm all the 3 ROBO's were demonstrated followed by power point presentations about Robot. The second phase of the competition is scheduled later. The ROBO08 contest pictures are given below
